Lifetime Coverage / Package Protection

1. Purchasing a product with a warranty ensures peace of mind. If the product doesn't function as expected during its lifespan and you've acquired our Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance, the warranty may allow for a replacement, covering the item's cost but excluding the shipping fee.​

   • Misuse, regular wear and tear, or product discontinuation will invalidate this warranty.​
   • "Lifetime" pertains to the duration the product remains in production.​
   • The warranty can be canceled without prior notice to the customer.​

   To Utilize Your Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance:

   1. Capture a photo or short video of the item.​
   2. Visit our Contact Form page to submit a request, selecting "Lifetime Warranty" as the category.​
   3. Attach the photo or video.​

   If a replacement is approved, we will notify you within 48 hours.​
